Frank was born near Salt Lake City, Utah, and showed an early fascination with how things were built. Known for taking objects apart and reassembling them, he developed a strong instinct for structure and connection, an instinct that continues to shape his work today.

After graduating in 2001, Baker spent fourteen years working in marketing, refining his ability to understand how elements fit together and resonate with people. Over time, art became both a creative outlet and a deeper pursuit, allowing him to translate that sense of connection into visual form.

Working primarily in wire, metal, and paint, Baker transforms rigid materials into expressive compositions that feel fluid and alive. His sculptures and paintings explore the flow of energy in everyday life, balancing strength with ephemerality and structure with intuition.
